Pattee Executive Director
The Warren County Historical Society and Museum is soliciting applications for the salaried position of Pattee Executive Director. The successful candidate will present at least a B.A. (M.A. preferred) with additional experience in Museum/Non-profit management or Historical Studies and have demonstrable skills in interpersonal and public communication as well as experience in working with access program and Past Perfect software for collection management. Grant writing capabilities, financial management skills, and experience working with Boards will be considered enhancements. A background and/or interest in Midwestern history and agriculture would be valuable as well.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications (salary range $40,000 to $45,000).

Duties will include:
We offer a flexible winter work schedule (when the museum is closed to the public), a vacation package, and parental leave.

- Supervising staff and coordinating communication with volunteers, society members and the public.
- Representing the organization in the community.
